make a wish

Happy November 11th...And Veterans' Day... a very special thank you to all the women and men that have served and are serving our great nation.

Looking back a year ago today, I spent the day touring the great city of Montreal. Below, is my pin point location at 11:11 on November 11th. I was also skyping with my sister Nathalee at the time, before I spent the Friday afternoon exploring the city. I made a handful of wishes of course as well, but a lady never wishes and tells.

Since I am not spilling my own wishes and wants...I've shared eleven reminders for you to consider before you make your next wish.

“To grant all a man's wishes is to take away his dreams and ambitions. Life is only worth living if you have something to strive for. To aim at.”

“When you live in a city with no stars to wish on, you have to wish on each other.”

“Like an old photograph, wishes go bad if not taken care of. Don't take them for granted.”

“If you have one wish, wish for everything
to be exactly as it is.
Then wait patiently for your wish to come true.”

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”

“Wish it, believe it, and it will be so.”

“You do not get what you wish for, unless it be known to the source of your desire.”

"If your wish didn't come true, something better was meant for you."

"dream it. wish it. do it."

"Never wish you were somebody else because someone out there is envying who you are."

"Don't wish it was easier. Wish you were better."
