New State, New Mexico.

September travels took me to my 31st state, The Land of Enchantment. And Enchanting it was, I saw most of the state as I made this drive from Albuquerque to Las Cruces not once, but twice.

On campus at UNM, I took a quick tour of Greek row. One of the coolest things was going to see the Pi Kappa Alpha Estufa. Built in 1906, entrance is only attained by brothers of the Beta Delta chapter. The chapter approves all other PIKE brothers visiting to enter the chapter's meeting space.

In addition to the Estufa the chapter also has a house on campus. But how fortuante they are to have this special space of history at the heart of campus. Just passing by, you would never know.

Before leaving I said hello to my favorite girls on campus. The house is beautiful, the girls were lovely. I felt at home.

On my solo road trips I get to do a lot of thinking, in NM you get signs for where to go on the road and sometimes in life too.

My views looked a lot liked this...

And sometimes like this...

Nothing beats catching up with an old friend though. Feeling blessed to be able to cross paths with so many people that mean so much to me. Ladies & Gentlemen....Mr. UCF!

Where to eat in New Mexico:
Near UNM: Mint Tulip, a creative vegan restaurant with hearty fixings, you wont miss meat.
Las Cruces: Andele Restaurant. Must try Green Chile enchiladas with an egg on top!
